Though Tarot is mostly used for divination and self reflection in our modern culture, its original purpose was for game play. Games like Jeu de Tarot are still played today in France and Canada. I was once a student of game design, so this side of Tarot has always intrigued me.

My goal with this game is to tap into the origins of Tarot to create something new that can be played with any traditional deck, but best experienced with The Prism Tarot. The clear astrological and elemental symbols on each card are a key component, as well as their established hierarchy on The Astral Calendar.
